The Doctors are doing a very good service, but the receptionists are very poor, only one or two persons are good.

Probably a new practice manager could sort it out by organising appointments to be easily made, the front desk to be able to make bookings without blaming the computer all the time and generally trying to look after the patient who after all is what it is all about.

The receptionist was exceptionally rude.
I don't think I have ever been treated in such a horrible way. She literally wanted to fight with me. This is very sad, when we talk about patients as customers here, who might be in pain or need help and instead they receive treatment that brings tears to their eyes. At least she made me cry.
I have also passed her my CT scan referral and I just found from the hospital imaging centre that they have never received it. It has now been 5 months since the referral and at the end I had to fax it to the hospital myself. Really poor service.
There was also one nice receptionist and a really good doctor.
Unless you see that particular doctor, please avoid this surgery!

The reception staff are rude and clearly have had no customer care training as how they treat patients. The sign says stop abuse to staff how about they stop abuse to patients
Currently calling as they have messed my sons jabs up and he is overdue them but it keeps saying there closed even though the website says there open today 8-6 sort it out. Sack the staff and employ nicer polite staff

Only problem is on the day appointments are difficult to get so I have to plan to be ill
